Which insurance plans do we accept?

East Memphis Anesthesia Services accepts multiple plans including, but not limited to – Cigna, UHC, Blue Cross, Aetna, Humana, Tricare, PHCS, and most Medicaid plans.

Is my anesthesia bill separate from my hospital/surgery bill?

Yes, your bill from East Memphis Anesthesia Services is for the actual services provided by your Anesthesiologist or Certified Resgistered Nurse Anesthetist. Anesthesia services provided by EMAS are a separate charge from the surgery center and surgeon.

Who can I call if I have questions about my bill?

For questions regarding a bill for any date of service AFTER 1/1/2024, contact the billing department (MSN) at 866-406-4558 or toll-free at 1-800-657-2514 Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 CST.

For questions regarding a bill for any date of service on or PRIOR TO 12/31/2023, contact First Coast Billing at 904-594-1453 Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00 CST.

Are payment plans accepted?

If you are unable to pay your balance in full, payment plans can be arranged.

Can I pay online?

Yes, for services provided after 1/1/2024, you can pay your bill online Here

For services provided before 12/31/2023, a statement will be mailed to you that provides the website and access code, which is specific to each patient. If you want to pay and you have not received a statement, call 904-594-1453.
